Customer service got back to me. I had the same issue. You will need to buy H8935443000001 or use something like this to extend the M6 bolts Krafter Spacer bushes Inox A2, hexagonal M6 x 30 mm, 2 pieces (M6)

Really annoying, the fixing screws supplied are too short.

I have enquired about this with our supplier, but unfortunately I have not yet received any feedback. I would otherwise recommend that you enquire at a DIY store or specialist retailer and show them the screws. The right of return only applies to the unopened product. If I hear anything else, I would let you know here immediately.
