Question about Laufen Moderna R Slim (with soft-closing mechanism)
Does it often happen that the soft-close mechanism rusts after more than a year or is this only the case with my 3 Laufen Moderna R Slim? The previous Laufen model was not rusty after 10 years.

Contact Laufen after-sales service by email with photos and they'll get back to you. They sent me back a new Moderna R slim after a breakage not covered by the Galaxus warranty. Go directly to Laufen after-sales service.
Not rusty, but after only 2 years the soft-close mechanism no longer has any function.
Ours has been in operation for 2 years and runs tiptop. It's not pushed down by hand...
