With the scarifier for ride-on mowers, large lawn areas can be easily and quickly freed from moss and other weeds, while also being efficiently aerated, allowing the grass to develop a denser growth again. The coupling allows the lawn comb to be easily and securely connected to the ride-on mower or lawn tractor, provided it has a towing device. In cases of particularly dense moss growth, the scarifier can be further weighted with additional weights (not included) so that the galvanized steel fenders press down harder on the lawn, enhancing the moss removal effect.
