With this grill plate, you can grill, cook, and fry directly over an open fire or in a kettle grill. This allows you to prepare not only meat, fish, and vegetables over the open flame or embers, but also rather unusual dishes for the grill, such as pizza or pasta.

The plate features a slight inward curve, preventing anything from dripping over the edge into the fire or coals. Thanks to the constant heat distribution, even larger cuts of meat are evenly heated on the round 44 cm plate, ensuring perfect grilling results with ease. The legs can be unscrewed, which not only makes transportation easier but also expands the versatility of the grill plate.

Made from cast iron, the plate offers ideal heat distribution for consistent grilling results. Additionally, the plate has been pre-treated with vegetable oil, creating a non-stick effect. This effect improves with each use, as repeated grilling and frying form a so-called patina (layer) that prevents anything from sticking to the grill plate.

Care instructions: Clean the grill plate with hot water and avoid using cleaning agents. The protective layer of fat should remain on the plate. Do not scratch the surface while grilling or cleaning, and always store the grill plate in a dry place.
