With this grill plate, you can grill, cook, and fry directly over an open fire or in a kettle grill. This way, not only can you prepare meat, fish, and vegetables over an open flame or embers, but also more unusual dishes for the grill, such as pizza or pasta.

The plate features a slight inward curve, preventing anything from dripping over the edge into the fire or embers. Thanks to the constant heat distribution, larger items on the 44 cm round plate are heated evenly, making it easy to achieve perfect grilling results. The legs can be unscrewed, which not only facilitates transport but also expands the versatility of the grill plate.

Made from cast iron, the plate offers ideal heat distribution for uniform grilling results. Additionally, it has been pre-treated with vegetable oil to create a non-stick effect. This effect improves with each use, as repeated grilling and frying develop a so-called patina, preventing anything from sticking to the grill plate.

Care instructions: Clean the grill plate with hot water and avoid using cleaning agents. The protective layer of fat should remain on the plate. Do not scrape the surface while grilling or cleaning, and always store the grill plate in a dry place.
