Thanks to the full grill-sized Sear Zone, there is plenty of room for food over direct heat. The SmokeBoost setting keeps the temperature at 80 degrees, enhancing the smoke flavor's adherence to the food. Grilling can be controlled with an intuitive digital controller at the grill or via the Weber Connect app on your smartphone using Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. Through the app, you can manage the grill from anywhere, track the cooking progress in real-time, and receive recipes, notifications about food readiness, and much more. With separately sold accessories, such as grill skewers and griddles, you can experiment with new cooking techniques. Cleaning the grill is quick and easy thanks to the front-pulling grease and ash management system.
