Minus: With the bonnet closed, too much bottom heat and too little top heat for grilled peppers, but this was also the case with the other bonnet grills...
Slow. Best grill rating, but heats up for a long time, gets very hot, consumes a lot of electricity. Regulator difficult to reach. Only for outdoors. Very heavy: weighs 9.5 kilograms.
