Cold Smoke Generator: Simply fill it with sawdust and ignite it with a tea light until the sawdust begins to change color. After that, the tea light can be removed, and the cold smoke generator can be placed in the smoker cabinet. Thanks to the hexagonal, compact grid, the smoking chips burn evenly and slowly for up to 8 hours.
