Cold Smoke Generator: Simply fill it with sawdust and light it with a tealight until the sawdust starts to change color. After that, the tealight can be removed, and the cold smoke generator can be placed in the smoker. Thanks to the compact M-shaped grid, the smoking chips burn evenly and slowly for up to 10 hours.
