What characterises the Gradius cooking thermometer?
The Gradius clip-on cooking thermometer continuously measures the temperature of food from 25 °C to 250 °C during cooking, roasting, preserving, etc.
Thanks to the temperature sensor at the tip of the needle, you can use the Gradius cooking thermometer to measure the temperature of liquid foods or quickly measure the temperature inside solid foods, e.g. when baking meat, desserts, cakes, etc.
On the dial, the clip-on cooking thermometer clearly marks the areas of the most frequently monitored temperatures in the kitchen:

Cream (25 to 29 °C) - a creamy mass for safely stirring in butter, etc.
Yoghurt (40 °C) - hot milk for safely stirring in yoghurt cultures
Milk (78 to 80 °C) - pasteurisation of milk
Preserving (80 to 95 °C) - preserving food
Caramel (160 °C) - Preparation of caramel
Deep-frying (180 to 250 °C) - Temperature for frying and deep-frying
