SikaBond AT-44 R is a one-component, viscoplastic SMP-based adhesive with very fast skin formation and high adhesive strength. It is universally applicable on many substrates, both indoors and outdoors. SikaBond AT-44 R is suitable for elastic bonding on various materials, including metals of all kinds (non-ferrous metals, sheet metal, steel, chrome steel, hot-dip galvanized steel), many plastics such as PVC, polycarbonate, GRP, and PMMA (Plexiglas), as well as wood and wood-based materials, mineral substrates like concrete, mortar, and brick, and various coatings and paints. It offers very good adhesion on most substrates, even without a primer. This product is designed for both interior and exterior use, features very fast skin formation (approximately 10 minutes), and provides excellent weather and UV stability. It is paint compatible, solvent-free, and odorless.
