Relaxdays Kamado-Grill

Anyone who appreciates the precise temperature control of a gas barbecue and the great flavour of a charcoal barbecue will never compromise again with the kamado barbecue. The all-rounder made of ceramic impresses with a constant grilling temperature and full flavour - regardless of whether you want to sear steaks and sausages quickly or cook pulled pork and ribs slowly. The economical kettle grill requires little coal and heats up quickly thanks to the chimney effect. You can even bake pizza, bread and cakes with the barbecue egg.

Note: Always open the lid of the barbecue carefully and slowly to prevent burns from trapped heat. Please follow the instructions on commissioning, cleaning and maintenance in the operating instructions supplied.

Notes on grilling technique and cooking temperatures

• For grilling, roasting and baking (125-275 degrees Celsius) open the valves halfway
