Hello, I always use the brush for the (cast iron) grate, which works perfectly. The best way is to let the grill "burn out" on high for a few minutes after grilling and then immediately brush the grate with the brush. Then the grill residues dry during the heat and fall down easily when brushing.

The 310 has three burners, the 210 only two. If you have the space, be sure to buy a 3-burner model, which will give you good results when grilling indirectly.

Hello, I bought the Weber Spirit II E-310 GBS in April 2020. The original bars there have the following dimensions: L: 388mm (lower edge) or 360mm (upper edge). W: 70mm (logically lower edge, as they taper towards the top) H: 68mm

Unfortunately, we can no longer obtain the matching cover from any of our suppliers. Accordingly, we have had to remove it from our range.
