Yes, the grill consists of three parts. The middle part is round and can be removed, e.g. for the wok.
We give the regular guarantee of 2 years, but Weber gives a voluntary guarantee of 10 years. So if something is defective after our 2 year warranty that is not due to normal wear and tear, then this can be reported to Weber and any warranty work will then be carried out by Weber.

Hello, I always use the brush for the (cast iron) grate, which works perfectly. The best way is to let the grill "burn out" on high for a few minutes after grilling and then immediately brush the grate with the brush. Then the grill residues dry during the heat and fall down easily when brushing.

The 310 has three burners, the 210 only two.
If you have the space, be sure to buy a 3-burner model, which will give you good results when grilling indirectly.

Hello, I bought the Weber Spirit II E-310 GBS in April 2020.
The original bars there have the following dimensions:
L: 388mm (lower edge) or 360mm (upper edge).
W: 70mm (logically lower edge, as they taper towards the top)
H: 68mm
