why do they give a 2 year warranty when weber gives 10 years? kind regards r. loacker
We give the regular guarantee of 2 years, but Weber gives a voluntary guarantee of 10 years. So if something is defective after our 2 year warranty that is not due to normal wear and tear, then this can be reported to Weber and any warranty work will then be carried out by Weber.
