Which thread head and, above all, with which thread strength does the machine work? 9700/min is all well and good, but that alone says nothing. 1.6mm develops only half the force at the same number of revolutions as 2.4mm.

A thread head is included in the delivery. I use the 2.4mm thread. It comes off like a son of a bitch. I still have a bezine trimmer that doesn't stand a chance. To save battery power when it's needed for longer periods of time, it's best to let it run on empty. I use it weekly in the summer to mow the edges and 3 times a year on a 100m2 natural meadow slope, so 1 1/2 battery charges are quite enough. I need the batteries for the leaf blower, hedge trimmer, cordless screwdriver, etc.

Why does the DUX60ZM4 set, consisting of the DUX60 and the EM404MP sensor head, currently cost CHF 425.- and as a single delivery of the two components, only CHF 288.- (fun fact the cheapest promotional price in the last few years for the set has been around CHF 300.-)?

Thank you for pointing this out. Since a set price does not automatically adjust to the individual prices, it can happen that the set price is higher after a reduction of the individual price than when the individual items are ordered separately. We have reported this to the relevant department.
