Is it designed for 12V (car cigarette lighter), or am I perhaps not understanding your question?

USB always has 5 volts. What I can say: I had an adapter that could not charge my Google Pixel 8 pro. The charge level always remained at the same position (consumption and charge level were the same) when I used the smartphone for navigation. With this adapter, the smartphone charges again without any problems when used in the car.

I have the loader in front of me right now. It says: USB-C + USB-A output: 65W + 18W. So the power is split. If you now have a laptop connected to USB C and your mobile phone via USB A at the same time, then the laptop gets 65W and the mobile phone 18W (as I understand it). Greetings

I use the charger in our camper to charge my macbook pro m1. Works tiptop so far. I also find it charges relatively quickly. I usually charge the macbook while I'm driving so that our battery isn't used too much... Greetings
