Question about Digitec Fast Charger (100W)

I use the charger in our camper to charge my macbook pro m1. Works tiptop so far. I also find it charges relatively quickly.
I usually charge the macbook while I'm driving so that our battery isn't used too much...

Hello Psumesgutner. Basically yes. But: I bought it especially for the MacBook Pro and used it to charge the MBP via a 12 V charger. After 20 minutes it was boiling hot and smelled unhealthy. I pulled it out and placed it on a plastic surface, which instantly melted. But the charger still works. Fortunately, I bought two of them. Now I change the Fast Charger and the 12 V socket every 15 minutes so that (hopefully) no damage occurs and the parts (charger, socket and supply line to the socket) can cool down again and again. An MBP M1 draws a lot of power when charging! An empty battery recharges to 80 % in approx. 2 hours.
