Is the 100W also available if I charge my mobile at the same time via USB-A or is it then shared? e.g. 80W/18W

I have the loader in front of me right now. It says:
USB-C + USB-A output: 65W + 18W.
So the power is split.
If you now have a laptop connected to USB C and your mobile phone via USB A at the same time, then the laptop gets 65W and the mobile phone 18W (as I understand it).
