Pattex Supermontage is a powerful adhesive with exceptionally high final strength. The Pattex mounting adhesive is ideal for strong bonds and has a high initial tack. The mounting paste can be used for both indoor and outdoor applications, as it is resistant to UV light, aging, weather, and moisture. The MS polymer formula allows for a simultaneous elastic and firm bond for both absorbent and non-absorbent materials. The adhesive adheres to metal, glass, mirrors, plastics, painted surfaces, Styrofoam, and many other materials. It also achieves strong bonds as a stone and wood adhesive. Thanks to its paste-like consistency, it can compensate for material unevenness for inconspicuous repairs. Additionally, the paste cures without shrinkage. This premium power adhesive is perfect for particularly strong fixations, even on critical substrates. Not suitable for PE, PP, PTFE, acrylic glass, and soft PVC.

Instructions for use | Areas of application: Elastic bonding indoors and outdoors. For all absorbent and non-absorbent materials, such as Bricks, ceramics, metal, plasterboard, stone, plastics, glass, wood/wood-based materials, MDF, polystyrene, painted and coated surfaces; adhesion to many rubber qualities - including EPDM (preliminary tests necessary) Not suitable for PE, PP, PTFE, acrylic glass and similar For bonding mirrors (industrial quality, DIN 1238.5.1 and DIN EN 1036) Processing: PATTEX Supermontage can be applied with commercially available cartridge guns. Unscrew the plastic nozzle and cut to size according to requirements. Depending on the application, distribute the adhesive evenly in a strand or dot pattern. Work preparation: The substrates must be firm, clean and free of dust and grease. Remove any loose particles from the substrate. Substrates must not be permanently wet. To ensure a firm and secure bond, it is necessary to absorb small amounts of moisture (e.g. from the air or substrate). Storage: Cool and dry, preferably between +10 °C and +25 °C. Storage time: 12 months (in original packaging). Process opened containers as quickly as possible. |
