The Dualchef gas grill stations are characterised by the Dual Gourmet System (DGS ) developed and patented in Switzerland. This technology combines two temperature zones divided by the Zone Divider under one bonnet, with perfect heat distribution. This allows grilling at high temperatures of over 360 degrees on one side, while large pieces of meat or fish can be cooked at temperatures from 80 degrees on the other side. The high-quality cast iron grates, which guarantee optimum heat retention, ensure that this multifunctional steak machine is beautifully branded. The Outdoorchef Dualchef models also have a Heat Difusor, which concentrates the heat onto the rotating basket (not included), thereby reducing gas consumption. At the same time, the concentrated heat ensures a nice crust on the meat or roast chicken. The Safety Lights System (SLS) in the control knobs is activated as soon as the valve is opened. The light sensor automatically adjusts the intensity of the LED lights to the ambient brightness. Robust fold-down side shelves provide sufficient space for preparing food. The Dualchef 425 G also has a blazing zone. The barbecue experience is rounded off by accessories specially developed for the Dual Gourmet system, such as the rotating basket set, grill plate, stainless steel grill grid, vegetable grid and cooking set. With the pizza stone, a stainless steel frame raises the baking position, achieving an optimum combination of top and bottom heat - and particularly crispy results. The plancha cast iron plate has also been added, offering plenty of space for grilled food. It has a practical juice groove for draining excess fat as well as a small ribbed grilling surface in the front and a removable stainless steel warming zone.
