This barbecue has stainless steel burners and also has fold-out side shelves that allow you to increase your cooking space if necessary. Porcelain-coated cast iron grill grates are perfect for searing. You can recognise the iconic Napoleon WAVE grill grates by the characteristic grill stripes. The JETFIRE ignition works perfectly. Control the temperature with the ergonomic controls and the ACCU-PROBE thermometer. This allows you to sear at high heat or roast gently at indirect heat.
