Heavy-duty shelving unit with large shelves and wire mesh support modules, dimensions 1996 x 2860 x 1000 mm, base shelf. Designed for the manual storage of bulky and heavy goods. The support beams can be assembled and adjusted without screws. Manufactured in accordance with the guidelines and regulations of the European FEM 10.2.06 and Eurocode III.

The width of the base shelf without footplates is shelf width plus 100 mm; with footplates, it is shelf width plus 160 mm. The width of the extension shelf without footplates is shelf width plus 50 mm; with footplates, it is shelf width plus 80 mm. The shelf depth including footplates is shelf depth plus 10 mm.

The support frame consists of two steel posts with a thickness of 1.5 mm, coated in Blue RAL 5010. The "bottle profile" measures 50 x 50 mm. The cross beams and diagonal braces of the support frame are made of galvanized C-profile measuring 25 x 15 mm and are bolted to the posts. Galvanized footplates for floor mounting are 3 mm high. Screws and dowels are available on-site. The floor adjustment grid has a height of 50 mm.

The shelf levels feature support beams with Z-profile, coated in Light Grey RAL 7035. Three suspension hooks with safety pins are included for mounting the support beams. The wire mesh support modules are also coated in Light Grey RAL 7035.

The load capacity values apply with uniform load distribution. Additional levels are possible if the specified maximum field load is adhered to.
