Robust large shelving unit with wire mesh support modules, dimensions 1996 x 2780 x 1000 mm, extension shelf. Designed for the manual storage of bulky and heavy goods. The beams can be mounted and adjusted without screws. Manufactured in accordance with the guidelines and regulations of the European FEM 10.2.06 and Eurocode III.

Width of the base shelf (without footplates): shelf width + 100 mm; with footplates: shelf width + 160 mm. Width of the extension shelves (without footplates): shelf width + 50 mm; with footplates: shelf width + 80 mm. Shelf depth including footplates: shelf depth + 10 mm. The support frame consists of 2 steel posts, thickness 1.5 mm, blue RAL 5010 plastic-coated, with a "bottle profile" of 50 x 50 mm. The cross beams and diagonals of the support frame are made of galvanized C-profile, 25 x 15 mm, and are bolted to the posts. Galvanized footplates for floor mounting, 3 mm high. Floor adjustment is done in increments of 50 mm.

Shelf levels are supported by beams with Z-profile, light grey RAL 7035 plastic-coated. Three suspension hooks with safety pins for mounting the beams. Wire mesh support modules are light grey RAL 7035 plastic-coated. The load capacity values apply with even load distribution. Additional levels are possible, provided the specified maximum field load is adhered to.
