Heavy-duty shelving unit with large shelves and wire mesh support modules, dimensions 2496 x 2860 x 1000 mm, base shelf. Designed for the manual storage of bulky and heavy goods. The beams can be assembled and adjusted without screws. Manufactured in accordance with the guidelines and regulations of the European FEM 10.2.06 and Eurocode III.

Width of the base shelf without foot plates: shelf width + 100 mm; with foot plates: shelf width + 160 mm. Width of the extension shelves without foot plates: shelf width + 50 mm; with foot plates: shelf width + 80 mm. Shelf depth including foot plates: shelf depth + 10 mm. The support frame consists of 2 steel posts, thickness 1.5 mm, coated in blue RAL 5010, with a "bottle profile" of 50 x 50 mm. The crossbars and diagonals of the support frame are made of galvanized C-profile, 25 x 15 mm, and are bolted to the posts. Galvanized foot plates for floor fixation, 3 mm high. Floor adjustment grid of 50 mm.

Shelf levels are supported by beams with Z-profile, light grey RAL 7035, plastic-coated. Three suspension hooks with safety pins for mounting the beams. Wire mesh support modules, light grey RAL 7035, plastic-coated. The load capacities apply with even load distribution. Additional levels are possible if the specified maximum field load is adhered to.
