Joe's Smoker 16" Reverse Flow

The right Joe's Barbeque Smoker for BBQ pitmasters features solid steel construction made of 6.35 mm thick steel tube, sandblasted and coated with 850°C heat resistant paint. It offers ideal temperature control with the dual damping system and includes a stainless steel thermometer on the cooking chamber. Iron wheels cut from the tube guarantee stability and concentricity. The smoker is completely equipped with stainless steel grids (6 mm rod thickness) and a solid reverse flow plate to control airflow or smoke. It has a pluggable fireplace with an additional closing cap and a solid fire box grate made of 16 mm bar iron. Additional features include a hot plate on the fire box lid, a front shelf on the cooking chamber and fire box, a large shelf for firewood, and an eyelet for a swivel arm (swivel arm available as an accessory). The package includes a poker, drip pan, and cookbook, all in a completely welded construction.
