With a joint width of 100 mm and a maximum trench depth of 600 mm, you can create trenches at speeds of up to 60 m/h. Depending on the terrain and cable width, the depth can be selected in three steps between 200 and 600 mm. The blade of the trencher is fitted with a durable chain, whose 27 hardened teeth can effortlessly remove even harder layers of soil. The chain reaches a speed of up to 9.17 m/s. The excavated soil is transported next to the trencher so that work can be carried out evenly. In addition, the soil is immediately available for sealing the trench. Overload protection protects the device against resistance in the soil, such as large stones, which could block or damage the trencher by activating an automatic switch-off function in such a situation, and thanks to its compact design and large wheels, the cable trencher is extremely manoeuvrable.
