Product details
This HG primer is an adhesion promoter that creates a chemical bond between two immiscible substances. This is achieved by enhancing the adhesion properties of surfaces. As a result, the surface becomes more wettable, making it easier for the adhesive to establish a chemical connection between the adhesive mass and the substrate material. The primer is used for pre-treating difficult-to-bond materials and significantly improves adhesion values. These materials include silicones, Teflon, and oil-containing plastics such as polypropylene and polyethylene. By using this HG primer, even these materials can be permanently bonded. In contrast, attempting to bond the aforementioned materials without this HG primer may result in adhesion, but no strong connection that can withstand stress will be formed.
