The Hecht 962 chainsaw features an anti-vibration system and is equipped with ergonomically shaped handles to enable longer, fatigue-free operation. The air-cooled 2-stroke engine, equipped with a Walbro carburetor, delivers high performance with 4 HP and a displacement of 62 cc. The chainsaw also includes a chain brake and automatic lubrication for the bar and chain. The bar has a length of 45 cm, and both the bar and chain are from Oregon. The Hecht 962 chainsaw weighs 6.3 kg. Starting with the pull starter is made easier by the decompression valve, which reduces the required pulling force.
