Hydrophobic mountain cowhide is water repellent and breathable. The inner lining features a 4-layer Gore-Tex® Performance Laminate for extreme demands. It includes Kevlar® cut protection according to class 3, a dimensionally stable synthetic fire sole, and an anatomically shaped toe cap. The anatomically shaped insole and stable rubber/PU sole with a robust terrain profile provide comfort. A PU cushioning wedge ensures good shock absorption and rolling comfort. The Haix climate system features a Micro-Dry lining at the shaft end, and the Haix forest grip system offers grip on wet tree trunks. The easy running lacing elements are orthopedically modifiable in accordance with DGUV 112-191.
