The IS 330 EB reciprocating saw from Festool is the specialist on construction sites for the quick, precise, and pressure-resistant cutting of insulation materials such as wood fiber, PUR, or EPP boards. It combines the advantages of a chain saw and a hand-held circular saw in a unique mobile system, allowing for a cutting depth of 330 mm at a weight of 7.0 kg. 60° miter cuts are also possible with a depth of 165 mm, and the swiveling dust extraction port enables the connection of a vacuum cleaner. It features a large cutting depth, low weight, and a granite plate that avoids complex assembly work. Chain replacement and identification are tool-free. Thanks to the guide rail, you achieve a straight and tear-free edge every time. The pull cut ensures fast and smooth operation as well as the best possible cutting quality. However, this reciprocating saw is not suitable for cutting wood.
