Product details

The cast iron grill grate from Everdure by Heston Blumenthal is designed for installation in the Furnace gas grill. You can integrate the cast grate centrally into the grilling area of the Furnace. Thanks to its enamel coating, the cast iron is protected from rust and can be easily cleaned. Cast iron has a very high thermal conductivity, achieving perfect branding and searing results. The grilled food gets a flavorful crust and a beautiful browning. For flavor reasons, a cast iron grate is always preferable to a stainless steel grill grate.
