Boltless shelves, double row, shelf dimensions 1000 x (2 x 600) mm, galvanized, height 2000 mm, basic shelf.

This double shelving system has a load capacity of 250 kg per shelf level. It features quick snap assembly and easy alignment of the shelves thanks to the tension locks on the cross braces. With high load capacity and premium craftsmanship, it carries the RAL-RG 614 quality mark.

A wide range of accessories is available, including galvanized back and side walls, shelf dividers, base plates, and wall mounts. The galvanized shelves provide maximum stability through their box profile design. The shelves at the front and back have a spacing of 50 mm and perforations for attaching shelf dividers (accessory). The height of the shelf edge is 40 mm, and the shelf adjustment grid is 25 mm.

The T-profile shelf frame includes steel clamping feet for floor mounting; screws and dowels are to be provided by the customer. A galvanized cross brace is included, which is required for each basic shelf unit and every second extension unit. The double-row boltless shelves are reinforced with galvanized longitudinal braces, allowing for shorter picking paths through loading and unloading from both sides of the stored goods. Longitudinal screws are already included.

Please note that the shelf must be secured if the height exceeds five times the depth, using wall mounts (accessory). The maximum load values apply with even load distribution. Additional levels are possible as long as the specified maximum field load is adhered to.
