Bolt-free shelves, double row, shelf dimensions 1300 x (2 x 600) mm, galvanized, height 2000 mm, boltable unit.

This double shelving system has a load capacity of 250 kg per shelf. It features quick snap assembly and easy alignment of the shelves thanks to the tension locks on the cross braces. The shelves offer high load capacity and high-quality workmanship, certified with the RAL-RG 614 quality mark.

A wide range of accessories is available, including galvanized back and side walls, shelf dividers, base plates, and wall mounts. The galvanized shelves provide maximum stability through the box profile design. The shelves at the front and back have a distance of 50 mm and perforations for attaching shelf dividers (accessories). The shelf edge height is 40 mm, with an adjustable shelf grid of 25 mm.

The T-profile shelf frame includes steel clamp feet for floor mounting; screws and dowels are to be provided by the customer. A galvanized cross brace is included and is required for each base shelf unit as well as every second supplementary unit.

The double-sided bolt-free shelves are reinforced with galvanized longitudinal stiffeners, allowing for shorter picking routes through dual-sided loading and unloading of stored goods. Longitudinal screws are already included.

Please note that the shelf must be secured if its height exceeds five times its depth, using wall mounts (accessories). The maximum load values apply with even load distribution. Additional levels are possible as long as the specified maximum unit load is adhered to.
