Boltless shelving, double row, shelf dimensions 1300 x (2 x 600) mm, galvanised, height 2000 mm, bolt-on bay.

This double row shelving has a shelf load capacity of 250 kg. It features quick plug-in assembly and easy alignment of the shelves due to turnbuckles on the cross braces. The shelving offers high load capacity and high-quality workmanship, certified with the RAL-RG 614 quality mark.

An extensive range of accessories is available, including galvanised rear and side panels, shelf dividers, base panels, and wall fixings. The galvanised shelves provide maximum stability due to the box section design. Shelves at the front and rear have 50 mm spacing and perforations for attaching shelf dividers (accessories). The shelf edge height is 40 mm, with a shelf adjustment grid of 25 mm.

The T-profile shelf frame includes steel clamping feet for floor fixing; screws and dowels are to be supplied by the customer. A galvanised cross brace is included in the delivery and is required for every basic shelf unit and every second add-on shelf unit.

The double-row boltless shelves are braced with galvanised length braces, allowing for shorter order picking routes due to double-sided loading and unloading of stored goods. Length bolts are already included in the scope of delivery.

Please note that if the height of the rack exceeds five times its depth, the rack must be secured against tipping with wall fixings (accessories). The maximum load values apply with uniform load distribution. Additional levels are possible if the specified maximum bay load is observed.
