Boltless shelving unit, double row, shelf dimensions 1000 x (2 x 400) mm, galvanised, height 2000 mm, basic shelving unit.

This double row shelving has a shelf load capacity of 250 kg. It features quick plug-in assembly and simple alignment of the shelves using turnbuckles on the cross struts. The unit is highly resilient and made with high-quality workmanship. It carries the RAL-RG 614 quality mark and offers an extensive range of accessories, including galvanised rear and side panels, compartment dividers, base panels, and wall fixings.

The galvanised shelves provide maximum stability due to their box profile. The shelves are spaced 50 mm apart at the front and rear, with holes for fixing dividers (accessories). The shelf edge height is 40 mm, and the floor adjustment grid is 25 mm.

The T-profile shelf frame includes steel clamping feet for floor mounting; screws and dowels must be supplied by the customer. A galvanised cross strut is included in the scope of delivery and is required for every basic shelf and every second add-on shelf.

Reinforcement of the double-row boltless shelving units is provided with galvanised longitudinal ledgers, allowing for shorter order picking distances by enabling loading and removal of goods from stock on both sides. The length tack is already included in the scope of delivery.

Please note that if the height of the shelf exceeds five times its depth, the shelf must be secured against tipping with wall brackets (accessories). The safe working load values apply with uniform load distribution. Additional levels are possible if the specified maximum field load is observed.
