Boltless shelves, double row, shelf dimensions 1300 x (2 x 600) mm, galvanized, height 2000 mm, base shelf.

This double row shelf has a load capacity of 250 kg per shelf. It features quick snap assembly and easy alignment of the shelves thanks to the tension locks on the cross braces. The shelf offers high load capacity and high-quality workmanship with the RAL-RG 614 quality mark.

Extensive accessories include galvanized back and side walls, shelf dividers, base plates, and wall mounts. The galvanized shelves provide maximum stability through the box profile. The front and rear shelves have a distance of 50 mm and perforations for securing shelf dividers (accessory). The shelf edge height is 40 mm, and the shelf adjustment grid is 25 mm.

The T-profile shelf frame includes steel clamp feet for floor mounting; screws and dowels are to be provided by the customer. A galvanized cross brace is included, which is required for each base shelf and every second extension shelf.

The stiffening of the double-row boltless shelves is achieved with galvanized longitudinal braces, allowing for shorter picking routes through dual-sided loading and unloading of the stored goods. Longitudinal screws are included.

Please note: If the height of the shelf exceeds five times its depth, the shelf must be secured against tipping with wall mounts (accessory). The load capacity values apply with uniform load distribution. Additional levels are possible if the specified maximum field load is observed.
