Boltless shelves, double row, shelf dimensions 1300 x (2 x 500) mm, galvanized, height 2000 mm, basic shelf.

This double shelf has a load capacity of 250 kg per shelf. It features quick snap assembly and easy alignment of the shelves thanks to the tension locks on the cross braces. The shelf offers high load capacity and high-quality workmanship, with a RAL-RG 614 quality mark.

Extensive accessories are available, including galvanized back and side walls, shelf dividers, base plates, and wall mounts. The galvanized shelves provide maximum stability due to the box profile. The front and back shelves have a distance of 50 mm and perforations for attaching shelf dividers (accessories). The shelf edge height is 40 mm, and the shelf adjustment grid is 25 mm.

The T-profile shelf frame includes steel clamping feet for floor mounting; screws and dowels must be provided by the customer. A galvanized cross brace is included and is required for each basic shelf and every second extension shelf.

The double-row boltless shelves are reinforced with galvanized longitudinal braces, allowing for shorter picking paths as the stored goods can be loaded and unloaded from both sides. Longitudinal screws are included.

Please note that the shelf must be secured if the height exceeds five times its depth, using wall mounts (accessories). The load capacity values apply with even load distribution. Additional levels are possible as long as the specified maximum field load is adhered to.
