Bolt-free shelving system, double row, shelf dimensions 1300 x (2 x 600) mm, galvanized, height 2500 mm, extension shelf.

This double shelving system has a load capacity of 250 kg per shelf. It features quick snap assembly and easy alignment of the shelves using tension locks on the crossbars. The unit is extremely robust with high-quality workmanship and carries the quality mark RAL-RG 614.

Comprehensive accessories include galvanized back and side walls, dividers, base covers, and wall mounts. The galvanized shelves offer maximum stability through the box profile, with front and rear perforations spaced 50 mm apart for attaching dividers (accessory). The shelf edge height is 40 mm, and the floor leveling mesh has a height of 25 mm.

The T-profile shelf frame includes steel clamping feet for floor mounting, with screws and dowels provided by the customer. A cross brace (galvanized) is included and is required for each base shelf and every second extension shelf. The reinforcement of the double-row bolt-free shelving systems is achieved with galvanized longitudinal bars, allowing for shorter picking routes through dual-sided loading and unloading of stored goods.

Please note that the shelf must be secured if the height exceeds five times the depth, using wall brackets (accessory). The safe working load values apply with even load distribution. Additional levels are possible as long as the specified maximum field load is adhered to.
