Bolt-free shelves, double row, shelf dimensions 1300 x (2 x 600) mm, blue, height 2500 mm, extension shelves.

This double shelving system has a load capacity of 250 kg per shelf. It features quick snap assembly and easy alignment of the shelves thanks to the tension locks on the cross braces. The shelf offers high load capacity and high-quality workmanship, marked with the RAL-RG 614 quality standard.

Extensive accessories include galvanized back and side walls, shelf dividers, base plates, and wall mounts. The galvanized shelves provide maximum stability through the box profile, with the front and rear shelves having a 50 mm gap and perforations for attaching shelf dividers (accessories). The shelf edge height is 40 mm, and the shelf adjustment grid is 25 mm.

The T-profile shelf frame includes steel clamp feet for floor mounting, while screws and dowels must be provided by the customer. A galvanized cross brace is included and is required for each base shelf and every second extension shelf.

The bracing of the double-row bolt-free shelves is achieved with galvanized longitudinal braces, allowing shorter picking paths through loading and unloading of stored goods from both sides. Longitudinal screws are included.

Please note that the shelf must be secured if its height exceeds five times its depth, using wall mounts (accessories). The load capacity values apply with uniform load distribution, and additional levels are possible as long as the specified maximum field load is adhered to.
