This double row shelving has a shelf load capacity of 250 kg. It features quick plug-in assembly and easy alignment of the shelves due to turnbuckles on the cross braces. The shelving offers high load capacity and high-quality workmanship, marked with the RAL-RG 614 quality standard.

Extensive accessories include galvanized rear and side panels, shelf dividers, base panels, and wall fasteners. The galvanized shelves provide maximum stability due to the box profile, with front and rear shelves featuring 50 mm spacing and perforations for attaching shelf dividers (accessories). The shelf edge height is 40 mm, and the shelf adjustment grid is 25 mm.

The T-profile shelf frame includes steel clamping feet for floor fixing, while screws and dowels are to be provided by the customer. A galvanized cross brace is included in the delivery and is required for every basic shelf and every second add-on shelf.

Bracing of the double-row boltless shelves is achieved with galvanized length braces, allowing for shorter order picking paths due to double-sided loading and unloading of stored goods. Length bolts are included in the scope of delivery.

Please note that if the height of the rack exceeds five times its depth, it must be secured against tipping with wall fasteners (accessories). The load capacity values apply with uniform load distribution, and additional levels are possible if the specified maximum bay load is observed.
