Floorless shelves, double row, shelf dimensions 1300 x (2 x 500) mm, galvanized, height 2500 mm, extension shelves.

This double shelving system has a load capacity of 250 kg per shelf. It features quick snap assembly and easy alignment of shelves thanks to the tension locks on the cross braces. The shelf offers high load capacity and high-quality workmanship, certified with the RAL-RG 614 quality mark.

Extensive accessories are available, including galvanized back and side panels, shelf dividers, base plates, and wall mounts. The galvanized shelves provide maximum stability through the box profile, with the front and rear shelves having a 50 mm gap and perforations for attaching shelf dividers. The shelf edge height is 40 mm, and the shelf adjustment grid is 25 mm.

The T-profile shelf frame includes steel clamp feet for floor mounting, with screws and dowels to be provided by the customer. A galvanized cross brace is included, which is required for each base shelf and every second extension shelf. The double-row, floorless shelves are reinforced with galvanized vertical struts, allowing for shorter picking routes through loading and unloading from both sides of the stored goods. Length screws are included.

Please note that the shelf must be secured if its height exceeds five times its depth, using wall mounts. The load capacity values apply with uniform load distribution, and additional levels are possible if the specified maximum field load is adhered to.
