Boltless shelves, double row, shelf dimensions 1300 x (2 x 400) mm, blue, height 2500 mm, extension shelf.

This double shelving system has a load capacity of 250 kg per shelf level. It features quick snap assembly and easy alignment of the shelves thanks to the tension locks on the cross braces. With high load capacity and premium workmanship, it carries the quality seal RAL-RG 614.

Extensive accessories include galvanized back and side panels, shelf dividers, base plates, and wall mounts. The galvanized shelves provide maximum stability due to their box profile. The front and back shelves have a distance of 50 mm and perforations for attaching shelf dividers (accessories). The shelf edge height is 40 mm, and the shelf adjustment grid is 25 mm.

The T-profile shelf frame includes steel clamp feet for floor mounting, with screws and dowels to be provided by the customer. A galvanized cross brace is already included and is required for each base shelf as well as every second extension shelf.

The reinforcement of the double-row boltless shelves is achieved with galvanized longitudinal reinforcements, allowing for shorter picking paths as the stored goods can be loaded and unloaded from both sides. Longitudinal screws are already included.

Please note that the shelf must be secured if its height exceeds five times its depth, using wall mounts (accessories). The load capacity values apply with even load distribution. Additional levels are possible as long as the specified maximum field load is adhered to.
