Boltless shelves, double row, shelf dimensions 1000 x (2 x 400) mm, blue, height 2500 mm, add-on shelves.

This double shelving system has a load capacity of 250 kg per shelf. It features quick snap assembly and easy alignment of the shelves thanks to the tension locks on the cross braces. With high load capacity and quality craftsmanship, it carries the RAL-RG 614 quality seal.

Extensive accessories include galvanized back and side panels, shelf dividers, base plates, and wall mounts. The galvanized shelves provide maximum stability due to the box profile. The front and rear shelves have a distance of 50 mm and perforations for attaching shelf dividers (accessories). The shelf edge height is 40 mm, and the shelf adjustment grid is 25 mm.

The T-profile shelf frame includes steel clamping feet for floor mounting; screws and dowels are to be provided by the customer. A galvanized cross brace is included, which is required for each base shelf and every second add-on shelf.

The bracing of the double-row boltless shelves is achieved with galvanized longitudinal braces, allowing for shorter picking paths through loading and unloading from both sides of the stored goods. Longitudinal screws are included.

Please note that the shelf must be secured if its height exceeds five times its depth, using wall mounts (accessories). The load capacity values apply with uniform load distribution. Additional levels are possible as long as the specified maximum field load is adhered to.
