Floorless shelving unit, double row, shelf dimensions 1000 x (2 x 400) mm, blue, height 2500 mm, base unit.

This double shelving system has a load capacity of 250 kg per shelf. It features quick snap assembly and easy alignment of the shelves using tension locks on the cross beams. The unit is extremely robust and is characterized by high-quality workmanship, bearing the RAL-RG 614 quality mark. A wide range of accessories is available, including galvanized back and side walls, shelf dividers, base plates, and wall mounts.

The galvanized shelves provide maximum stability due to their box profile. The shelves are spaced 50 mm apart at the front and back, with holes for attaching dividers (accessory). The shelf edge height is 40 mm, and the base leveling net has a height of 25 mm. The T-profile shelf frame includes steel clamping feet for floor mounting; screws and dowels are to be provided by the customer.

A galvanized cross beam is included and is required for each base shelf and every second extension shelf. The double-row, floorless shelving units are reinforced with galvanized longitudinal beams, allowing for shorter picking routes as goods can be loaded and unloaded from both sides. The longitudinal connection is already included.

Please note that the shelf must be secured if its height exceeds five times its depth, using wall brackets (accessory). The safe working load values apply with even load distribution. Additional levels are possible as long as the specified maximum field load is adhered to.
