DeWalt XR Flexvolt

The 54 Volt XR Flexvolt batteries from Dewalt provide power for the heaviest applications. The innovative Li-Ion batteries are backward compatible and can be used in nearly all machines from the 18 Volt XR range. They feature a very high battery capacity of 270 Wh, making them ideally suited for extremely heavy applications over extended periods. Thanks to Li-Ion technology, there is no memory effect and self-discharge is minimal. With a battery capacity of 15 Ah (at 18 Volt configuration), they offer an extremely long runtime. The robust housing and shock-resistant soldered battery cells make them ideal for tough job site use. The battery can be easily transported, as the cell levels are mechanically separated, keeping the watt-hour output of the battery below 100 Wh, which falls under hazardous goods class 9. The charge level indicator with 3 LEDs can be activated at the push of a button. These batteries are compatible with all DeWalt XR battery machines with 54 as well as 18 Volts (except ToughRadio).
