Set of 2 18-volt Powerstack batteries based on innovative pouch cell technology. These batteries can be used in all 18-volt XR cordless machines. Compared to conventional round cell batteries with the same voltage level and comparable capacity, they offer the following advantages:

1. Lower internal resistance of the cells enables a more efficient current flow, resulting in a significantly higher power development of up to 50% in certain applications.
2. Noticeably longer runtime per battery charge.
3. Higher number of charging cycles and longer service life due to more efficient temperature control and better heat dissipation, thanks to the large-surface, flat outer shape of the cells and optimal surface-to-volume ratio.

There is no memory effect and minimal self-discharge, ensuring problem-free long-term use. They are optimally suited for tough everyday use due to robust battery housing and shock-proof soldered cells. The lowest contact resistance when connecting the individual cells and large-surface contacts are protected against accidental short-circuiting. A reliable capacity display via 3 LEDs allows for controllable use.

These batteries are suitable for all battery tools from the DeWALT 18 Volt XR battery range and are rechargeable with all DeWALT XR system quick chargers.
