The Delivita wood-fired oven combines the advantages of a solid wood-fired oven in a relatively compact and handy appliance. The appliance is made of clay with a shiny fibreglass outer skin. It weighs just under 30 kg and has a width of 59 cm and a length of 65 cm. The dimensions of the interior are 54 x 50 cm. The appliance heats up to 450-500 °C within 25 minutes and bakes perfect pizzas in 90-120 seconds. Despite possible temperatures of up to 550 °C, the oven can be placed on any surface. The heat-insulated base can be used on any surface without causing heat damage.
