Product details

Digital thermometer with a long probe for accurate measurement of food temperatures. Probe length: 11.5 cm. Ideal for making caramel candies, macarons, and tempering chocolate. Battery included.

Usage tips: Press the ON/OFF button to turn the thermometer on and off. Press the °C/°F button to select your desired unit of measurement. If you want to read the temperature away from a heat source, press HOLD to freeze the display. The 'H' symbol will appear on the screen. Press the HOLD button again, and the thermometer will resume measurement. Temperature range: -50°C to +300°C.

Safety precautions: Keep out of reach of children. Clean the probe with a damp cloth. Do not immerse. Do not place in the dishwasher.
