Handcrafted wooden barbecue with heavy structure - large

This model features two different stainless steel grills (one for delicate dishes such as fish and the other for meat) along with a large spit for cooking large pieces of meat and four additional spits for smaller pieces.

The paint color used is suitable for high temperatures, ensuring greater resistance (except for the parts closer to the fire). In normal use as a charcoal barbecue, it is ready to cook in just four minutes. The robust combustion chamber is 12 mm thick.

The front protection housing, made of robust drilled sheet metal, allows for:

• The passage of heat for cooking the adjacent spits
• A good supply of oxygen to the flame, facilitating combustion
• Prevention of combustion residues (ash, etc.) from falling onto the food

This model includes three additional side protective housings with the following advantages:

• Lower temperature than the inner plate, which is closer to the fire
• Better preservation of the paint color of these plates as they are further from the fire

The Tuscany model has two different stainless steel grill grates:

• Traditional stainless steel grill grate
• Stainless steel grill grate with small channels for sauce

The total cooking surface is 114 x 65 cm, and the grill grates have two height settings. This model also includes two pairs of stainless steel spits for spit-grilling next to the flame and a large spit for cooking large pieces of meat. The grease tray is designed so that cooking fat drains into it without falling onto the charcoal.
