Combustion Chamber

Robust combustion chamber, 12 mm thick.

The front protection housing made of sturdy perforated sheet metal allows for:

• Heat transfer for cooking adjacent skewers
• Heat transfer for cooking the rotisserie, which is available as an additional accessory
• Perfect oxygen supply to the flame, facilitating combustion
• Prevention of combustion residues (ash, etc.) falling onto the dishes

This model features an additional protective housing with the following benefits:

• Lower temperature than the inner sheet metal, which is closer to the fire
• Better preservation of the paint color on these plates, as they are far from the fire

The combustion chamber is easily collapsible and transforms into a lid that protects the inside of the grill from dirt and weather conditions during periods of non-use. This ensures maximum hygiene.

Sturdy stainless steel grill grate with large stainless steel plates that collect food fat in a grease tray. This is achieved thanks to a slight incline (not noticeable to the user) that allows the fat to drain into the grease tray.

This prevents fat from falling onto the charcoal, ensuring a reduction in smoke caused by fat combustion. Additionally, it promotes better and healthier cooking by reducing smoke.
