Combustion Chamber

Robust combustion chamber, 12 mm thick.

The front protective casing made of sturdy perforated metal allows for:

• heat transfer for cooking adjacent skewers
• heat transfer for cooking the rotisserie, which is available as an additional accessory
• perfect oxygen supply to the flame, facilitating combustion
• the metal prevents combustion residues (ash, etc.) from falling onto the dishes.

Sturdy stainless steel grill grate. The special innovation of this grill grate is that it can be easily removed with a simple twist, allowing for food preparation away from the fire.

Three height settings thanks to the pin for height adjustment.

Two stainless steel skewers for spit roasting next to the flame.

Additional stainless steel cooking surface for cooking skewers, corn on the cob, and vegetables. This cooking surface can be used simultaneously with the main grill grate.
