Combustion chamber

Robust combustion chamber, 12 mm thick.

The front protective casing made of sturdy perforated sheet metal allows for:

• Heat transfer for cooking adjacent skewers
• Heat transfer for cooking the rotisserie, which is available as an additional accessory
• Perfect oxygen supply to the flame, facilitating combustion
• The sheet metal prevents combustion residues (ash, etc.) from falling onto the dishes

This model features three additional side protective casings with the following benefits:

• Lower temperature than the inner sheet metal, which is closer to the fire
• Better preservation of the paint color on these plates, as they are far from the fire
